I've been given a kick chart by the mw and started it yesterday. I had counted 10 kicks/movements by 11am yesterday. Started counting today at 9am, baby must have had a party inside for about 5mins as the kicks were pretty much constant - only about 5secs at most inbetween each one. Do I count each kick as one movement or all the kicks as one 'episode'? If I counted each kick it would've been around 25-30 x

counting kicks is a bit outdated advice - you should know your own babies movements and and if you notice any changes in the pattern then you should seek advice from your midwife. Know what is normal for YOUR baby and seek help if it changes :) Don't rely on a chart and counting 10 kicks
