Hi can someone please remind me how much water I'm supposed to drink before my dating scan I've lost my letter and can't remember from my last pregnancies

I was told a litre and a half :)

Don't go overboard though! If your bladder's full to bursting your scan will be a very uncomfortable 20 mins - imagine being desperate for a wee and then imagine someone pressing down on and around your bladder for ages - agony!

Yep, I think I was told a litre, an hour before the appointment

1 pint my letter said

I only drank 500 ml and was told it was too full for them to see! It must varie hugely!

I find they tend to wait a bit so you're really full... Agree with above, don't go overboard :)

2 pints I was told but was so desperate in waiting room three time I went and let a little out! Baby was only 7 weeks but was still visible with heartbeat :)
