Compression garments

Hi there!

I'm a soon to be mother and was wondering if anyone out there has advice on compressions garments post pregnancy. I have a heard of a few brands but was wondering if anyone has used one that they particularly liked. Thanks!

doctors don't recommended them do they?

I was going to get one of these, but the more I think about it the more I think I won't bother. You might just want to be comfortable after being pregnant forever and then going through labour and breast feeding. I'm sure your body will know what to do to get back to normal in its own time. If you do really want one though, I've heard the Belly Bandits are good and you can get lots of cheaper ones on eBay.
