Does anyone have any? I'm 30+3 and I haven't slept more than 3 hours a night for a week now. I'm ok until I have to wake to use the loo or see to DS then that's it, I'm awake for the rest of the night.

I work Monday - Wednesday so am off today with DS (2.5), I am literally aching with tiredness and am fighting to stay awake.

Please help me?!?

I'm worried I might be experiencing the same, mixed with a sore back from nighttime braxton hicks.

I'm often wide awake at 10pm despite nearly falling asleep at my desk in the afternoon.

I'm currently on my second sick day as I'm knackered, and I'm only 26 weeks!

I'm trying to get more rest ie doing NOTHING on a weekend, lots of sofa time ... But this isn't as easy with another small child. My DC1 is old enough to help with the chores now!

This is how I found mumsnet! Grin

I can be absolutely exhausted and falling to sleep in the afternoon and then come bed time I am wide awake Blush. Even if I am starting to fall to sleep and DH says "lets go to bed" that's it I'm awake again and he's fast asleep!

I'm only 20weeks as well.

I've invested in a tub of Horlicks and some sleep aid bubble bath, unfortunately I keep drinking all of the milk before bed time.

Thank god for mumsnet, we can all have insomnia together Brew
