36 + 3 today.

Have no sympathy for all the non preggers folk moaning about the heat!! Grin

Really want to sun my legs in the back garden (all the pigmentation has given me the browbeat legs ever this summer), but can't stand it outside for more than five minutes.

Started having period type pains today and am in two minds about whether I want labour to start...on the one hand I want him out, but on the other there's no way I could labour in the deliriously nauseous states I've been in for the past few evenings. Praying for a thunder storm!

'Brownest' legs...not 'browbeat'. Thanks autocorrect!

I'm only 32+4 and am sick as a chip, so I feel for you ladies. Hiding indoors with the blinds closed just feels so wrong on a gorgeous day!

I am only 21 weeks and I am hiding indoors because I can't cope with this heat!!! Off on our holidays tomorrow as well and don't know how I will cope!! Praying that the pool and air conditioning help to cope with the ridiculous heat!! Don't know how you are dealing with it so close to the end!! I feel huge and hot as it is!! X

I am hiding indoors, but unfortunately our house isn't much better. The temperature was bearable by 4am this morning, so that's something to look forward to! DH is definitely going to find the fan I asked him to dig out of the loft (on Saturday) tonight, apparently...

37 + 4 and staying indoors! DP's SIL and MIL don't understand why me and DP want to stay in! There is not a chance in hell I am walking out in that heat. I'd rather sit in front of my fan with my feet up, munching on ice. :)

RJM17 · 09/07/2013 16:47

In the last hour I have drank a litre of water and eaten 2 ice lollies!! Think the only way I am going to survive is to have a constant supply of ice lollies haha x

36 and a bit, and in a flat like a greenhouse with an understandably grumpy 2 year old. Yikes. Is a particular circle of hell.

I noticed that the hospital has air conditioning. While I don't want to go into labour this early, maybe some extra scans? Any surveys I could do?

Dear Lord, or Tomasz Schafenaker, when will it end?

Also 36 weeks, and have a hot and grumpy two year old and a tired stroppy 5 year old - think I'm the grumpiest of the three of us though! Slept so badly last night. The only respite was getting into the car on the school run and shoving the air con on full blast - that was lovely!

I'm glad I'm not the only one suffering! I feel for all of u with little ones to entertain 2 this is my first so I'm lucky I can just sit indoors must b 10x worse having to run around after toddlers 2! X
