I actually have a midwife appointment later anyway but just wondering if this is normal. I'm 36+2 and it's VERY hot.

I had 2 croissants with butter & jam for breakfast. About an hour later I had a peach. I feel slightly queasy and light headed. I haven't had this before. I'm guessing it's the heat but anyone had this?

I had it a few days ago. I'm 37 + 5.

Just drink plenty of water and rest as much as you can. My fan and ice have been my life savers. There is no point in trying to do things when you're feeling light headed and queasy. So take it easy and mention it to your midwife.
