How to stop getting excited at every tiny twinge?

Due in 2 days with DC2 and I can't help thinking I'm about to go into labour every 5 minutes! I'm obsessed!

Im trying to take my mind off it, but I can't. I've been having period type cramps for about a week now, it's so frustrating! I dread to think what I'm going to be like on my due date.

Distract yourself, if u feel a twinge, go do the pots or put the wash on, make the bed, etc....plus keeping yourself active might help things on their way x

I am 39 and 3 and exactly the same! I've been cramping but not even enough to consider paracetamol but it gets me excited every time!

It's annoying isn't it? I'm due tomorrow, so i'm hoping somethings going to happen!
