best spot treatment?

since i got preg ive broken out in spots EVERYWHERE theres not a cm of my face that hasnt got a spot/ blemish on it...
gonna invest in a new facewash or something in the hope of calming it down... any suggestions? xx

I'm having this problem too! Nothing seems to be shifting them. I feel like i am 15 again !!

Yeah. I have had terrible skin since getting pregnant too, no matter what I do, I still break out. But I brought Neutrogena sensitive face wash the other day and I've seen an improvement. I also love their Grapefruit acne face scrub.

Clinique anti blemish routine is pretty good, the best thing I've fouind anyway. Its not cheap but really does work better if you get the wash, clarifying lotion and spot gel. Good luck!

I've used the body shop's tea tree range since my pregnancy spots came out - its gentle enough I think, but has helped a lot and has reduced the redness too.

Try Desert Essence's tea tree wash. It gets amazing reviews on Amazon, and I can attest that it's fantastic for keeping pregnancy breakouts at bay.

Also, a few dabs of Sudocrem on the worst offenders.

its hard cos theres so many.... like dozens and dozens of tiny bumps that break out then scar.. i used to have nice clear skin before
i usually use nivea beautifying wash or no7 sauna face mask but for some random reason the spots seem to be immune to it x

Kiehl's Blue Herbal Spot treatment. Stings when applied though!

I'm getting spots all over my shoulders in pregnancy. I bought a sea salt scrub from lush called rubrubrub. It seems to clear them up when used every few days. Works well on achey feet too. And its natural.
