Does anyone know if you can take ANYTHING for hayfever when your pregnant? I know the majority of tablets you cant take, nothing with decongestant in and all the nasal sprays ive read say no too

you can take antihistamines like cetrizine or loratadine or piriton. or low dose steroid nasal sprays (like beconase).
be prepared to the pharmacist not wanting to sell it to you.
or you could get an appointment with the gp to get a prescription.
or get someone not obviously pregnant to buy it for you.

Get to a Lloyds pharmacy asap - they sell a miracle gadget!

Is an infra red light thing you put up your nose for 3 mins, about 3 times a day. I was suffering unbelievably with hayfever and willing to try anything, however ridiculous, so DP bought one for me on Friday. I have been totally hayfever free since.

Was only £10, but would willingly pay £100 for it it has been so effective. Even managed to spend 4 hours at DS's school fete on Saturday and didn't sneeze or blow my nose once. I honestly can't say enough for it, and will keep using it rather than antihisthamines even when am not pregnant

Plus, it gives DP/DS endless amusement when i sit there with my nose glowing red like Rudolph.......
