I have been staring at the line...

..For about two hours now. It's faint but it is there. Is another test in the morning a good idea or should I wait a few days. AF was due on Saturday ...eek!

What should you do, or what would I do? I'd be testing again in the morning, for sure. If there's a faint line there, odds are it will soon get darker...

Thanks Devora. I have a few amazon cheapies so I have nothing to loose/waste I guess!! Hubby has fallen alseep with his hand firmly on my stomach.... I think he is happy!!!

A line is a line is a line. You can test again in the morning if you like, but there's no such thing as a false positive. Eep!

thank you Futterby. We had a suspected very EMC last month. (before AF) so slightly anxious although we know to treat this possibility very separately from the last.

Been so tired the last few days but had assumed it was the weather!!

makingdo, I was adament that Af was on her way. all the normal feelings and aches. so much so that I didn't tell hubby I was late and snuck upstairs to test(not to disappoint him) I then sat at the top of the stairs staring at it for ten minutes wondering if I should tell him to turn the tennis off!!!

Two tests, two brands and definitely two lines. OMG!!
Both are darker than yesterday which I understand is good!!!

Going to do a digi test because I have one. OMG OMG. Now have to get ready for work and pretend like nothing in my life has changed!

Congratulations! Amazing feeling isn't it I had loads of cheapies left over and so tested every day for ages after I got my BFP just to see the line getting darker every day- eventually it came up immediately and darker than the control line!

I did 2 'line' tests and then had to go and get a digital test after me and DH staring at the line confused! Didn't believe it as it was only faint. I know a line is a line but I needed digital proof!

I used a dot test and I remember looking at the window, not expecting it to change, because I only did a test on impulse.

I remember staring at it and thinking 'it's not clearing properly.....what's that splodge??.....Wait a minute, it's a splodge, and it's still there.....is a splodge a dot?.....Perhaps a splodge is a dot, but surely a dot is rounder than that.....'

I went to the chemist, bought 4 different brands of test and they were, of course, all positive!
