Hi I'm 35+3 and over the last week I have had excruciating pain in my taulbone. This is my 4 th baby and I never suffered from this before, should I be worried?!

Hi.. I've had this too, between about 30 and 34 weeks but its now moved to the front. I also have SPD so I think it might be a symptom of that. I googled it and apparently the tailbone is made up of a few smaller bones held together by ligaments which loosen along with the rest of the pelvis, ready for the birth. And that is pretty painful... Sorry you're feeling it too. Maybe try physio? It's helped me so far.

You can get comfy cushions that have a cutout for your tailbone. My DIL broke her tailbone during her first delivery. And the second. I bought her that cushion, $35 or $40 here.
