Tiny red spots on bump - not itchy

I'm 32+2 and have these tiny red spots on my bump, mostly pinhead size with one or two a little larger. They aren't itchy but my bump feels warmer - not to the touch but from the inside iyswim. Is it most likely just a heat rash? just found it odd that it has only appeared on bump and seems to have started when I was in the bath - but it was only a lukewarm one due to this warm weather.

Any advice/ideas?

Heat spots? Can you try a cool damp cloth on your bump to cool you down?

Yes I've done this and they seem to have calmed a bit :) weird they only appeared on my bump! Thanks for your reply :)
