Could I be showing already?

I'm 11+5 and 2 people have commented that I have a bump today. Surely I wouldn't show this early?

I had noticed my tummy sticking out more over the last couple of days but assumed it was bloating or too much food!

Is it your first baby? From what I've read, if it's not your first your stomach muscles aren't as tight so you show earlier

If your first then your intestines swell

Usually the rule of thumb says 12+ weeks. I think you're near enough that for it to be possible, especially if you were very slim/flat stomached before.

But continuous bloating also a distinct possibility.

It is my first. I am very small and slim as well (underweight according to the midwife) so I assumed I'd show earlyish.

I did wonder if it was bloating but the bloated feeling and wind that I had for ages went away a couple of weeks ago.

What the books tell you is just a guide, if you're showing, embrace it! I'm just 13 weeks but have a big round belly! Swollen insides, bloating, whatever, you only look this way when preggers!

I was showing a little then, noticeable if you knew I was pregnant.
