It's just dreadful. Worst I've had in years, possibly ever. It's driving me slowly insane and stopping me from wanting to leave the house. Miserable.

The pharmacist has said there's nothing I can have - does anyone have any tips to relieve symptoms? Eyes, nose, throat and lips affected. I'm 25 weeks.

I'm so pleased to have found this forum and this thread. I'm 27+3 with twins and feeling squished and being unable to breathe on top of that isn't fun. Will certainly be looking at the options mentioned :)

I too am miserable. I have this weekend off of work and I am just dreading it. I work inside a shopping centre so I am lucky that I am tucked away from Pollen when I am working. Re the infra red thingy from Lloyds, how long would you say you have to use it for it to start working?

Artesia! Thank you, thank you, thank you for recommending the lloyds infrared thingy! It came 2 days ago and I haven't sneezed once today. No streaming eyes, nothing. Unless its a coincidence?!
