Intense back ache when I need to wee or poo

I'm 20 weeks pregnant, so not that big or heavy yet, and this is my second pregnancy.

I keep waking up in the night with a full bladder at about 4-5am (nothing odd there) but with it I get a really intense back ache at the very base of my spine.

My 2yr old was just sat on my lap leaning back against me, and I got the same intense back ache again and have had to go and do a poo to get rid of the pressure!

Has anyone else ever had this - could it be anything to worry about or is baby just sat pushing my bladder/bowels against a nerve?

Will mention it to my midwife - but tbh she is pants, and hasn't been that great with any other questions Hmm

Could just be the added pressure but I'd get checked out for a UTI asap... really quick and easy to diagnose and treat but they can be quite dangerous for pregnant women if left untreated.
