I'm 39+6!

I either have another set of Braxton hicks or have got contractions.

DH and I had sex this morning- backache and tightenings started after that. I've had a 25 min swim, they still didn't stop. Have been going on since 8:30!

Do I have a nap or get on my ball and bounce!?!Wink

If you can nap, do it. Rest is very very important! you can bounce on the ball later.

Nap. I was glad I'd slept some of the day when I was in labour, as still had 12 hours to go once I got into hospital.

I think it's slowed down so must have been Braxton hicks! Just managed a nap though thanks to hypno birthing!!
