Really worried, bright red blood, more than spotting, what should I do?

Ring the antenatal ward for advice they will tell you where to go and what to do depending on how far along you are.

Try not to worry to much OP i bleed heavily twice during my pregnancy and went on to have a very healthy baby girl.

Thanks hale, seems to have stopped just an initial shock after having a mc 18 months ago at 12 weeks.

I haven't seen anyone apart from dr yet, who should I call? 111 or wait until tomorrow see if it calms down?

I would call the maternity ward at the hospital closest to you. To be completely honest when it happened to me i went straight to A+E, as like you i had, had a previous miscarriage and i panicked. The hospital where really good with me and i was seen immediately. Personally i wouldn't want to wait i would want to get checked out.

But remember positive thoughts.

Just read through other posts and I think it has now stopped and u feel ok about it. Mil is here this weekend, big family do this weekend which I'm nervous about now, don't want them to know I'm pg until the 13 week scan, just in case
