Bump at 8 weeks

I'm 8.5 weeks pregnant (confirmed at an early scan) and I already have a very definite bump! This is my second dc and I had no bump at all until literally for months or more months last time. This time around I look like I'm already about 4 months gone.
Has anyone else had a definte bump this early?

I was in maternity jeans at 7 weeks with both of mine. There was no denying i was pg and had to tell boss at 9 weeks as it was obvious. Would have loved delicate little bumps but alas looked enormous both times! Big bumps are healthy bumps

If this is your second pregnancy, I've read somewhere that your stomach muscles are not as strong as in your first pregnancy, so the bump appears much sooner.

An alternative is bloating. I had this (first pregnancy) and it went away at about 12-14 weeks. The suddenly flat stomach freaked me out a little, as the actual bump didn't appear until I was 20+ weeks!

I'm 8 weeks today with no3. Trousers been tight all week, but I had to admit defeat today and wear a baggy dress to work! I am also very bloated (I think) which doesn't help, but my tummy looks huge My stomach muscles must be non-existent this time....

Well glad I'm not the only one. I just look so different to this stage last time around. I've told my boss but feel like everyone else must be guessing that I am pregnant. It looks so obvious. Maybe it is a bit of bloating too!

I feel the same, I did read that with subequent children you show easlier,

I am no1 and 10wks+5, I think that my womb has filled up my pelvis as it has pushed everything else up!!!!

I have done to shopping trips and still can't find anything comfortable!! I am short and dumpy so not helpful!!

Think body shape has lots to do with it - I'm petite and short bodied

I'm 12 weeks and have had a definite bump about 8 weeks, though I've always had a belly on me so while I definitely think I look pregnant most people just think i'm putting on weight! Cant wait to get out of the looking fat stage and into the looking pregnant stage.

As a side note I'm wearing maternity jeans for the first time today, and god they are comfy! Would it be wrong never to wear normal jeans again?

I'm 9 weeks and have a bump appearing already. This is my third but I showed early with all of my pregnancies. I'm assuming this is because I'm petite so the baby has nowhere to go but straight out front. That or I've eaten way too many crisp sandwiches.

I'm nearly 13 weeks and at six weeks some of my size 10 trousers were tight already and like you I worried. . Although bump still there I have'nt got any bigger and some days I look like I have no bump at all so I think a lot of it is just bloating. I find pro-biotic yogurt helps. Every one is different tho so I wouldnkt worry xx
