How far pregnant??

I have taken a pregnancy test (two infant) both positive. One was digital and said that I'm 2-3weeks. I read somewhere that you should count from the first day of your last period which would actually make me nearly 5 weeks - help please ever so slightly confused.

That would be right, you add two weeks on but I can't remember why! :p

Hi, I went through the same confusion! The digital ones give you the number of weeks since conception, but when you see a midwife they date your pregnancy from the first day of your last period, on a normal 28 day cycle two weeks before you conceive. So a digital result of 2-3 weeks is actually 4-5 weeks pregnant! .
