Whats going on? Am I pregnant?

In mid May I had a 3 day period then when I was due again in mid June but i lightly spotted instead.
I've been getting small cramps in my lower back and I've been quite dry 'downstairs'.
I took a test yesterday and first thing this morning but they were both negative.
My mother died when i was a child and I have no sisters so I have no one to ask about this.

I would say if the test is negative then you're not pregnant, but you might want to make an appointment to see your GP if your last two "periods" were not normal for you.

I had a very weird period the month before I fell pregnant. My cycle is usually a month, but on that occasion I came on after 20 days, really heavy and no cramps at all. I did a couple of tests in case I might be pregnant (made sense at the time), and all were negative. I couldn't see a doctor as I was living abroad and 1 week away from coming home. Anyway, the next month we fell pregnant (planned and very much wished for).

I agree with TakingTheStairs, you should see your GP and discuss.
