Lying down cramps and back pain

Hi ladies, anyone have bad cramps and back pain but only when lying down? I'm . 38 weeks thinking I'm going into prelabour but no seems lying down in bed gives me bad on again off again cramps around my pelvic area that ease when I get up and walk around. Anyone with something similar ?

Hi - didn't want to read and run. No direct experience - but I have heard that you can have stop start contractions for a while. Vv annoying I'll bet especially if you've not managed much sleep.

Give your labour ward a ring?

Aye seems its just one of those things, cramps continued on and off now that I'm awake. So maybe a good sign of progression. Wishful thinking at 38+5
