Hi, me and my partner are trying for a baby we had a miscarriage on February 25 2013 And then I have my gallbladder removed 2 months ago I have been give the all clear to try for our baby and I'm finding it hard to cope with waiting. In the last 2 weeks I have been sick and yesterday and today I have this fowl taste in my mouth my last period was on 17-21 on June my doctor said it be to early to test. What is my chance of being pregnant? And is this normal?
Thanks

It's possible - after my miscarriage I read a lot that says you are very fertile for 6 months following a miscarriage, I had ERPC in April and fell pregnant in June despite it having taken a lot longer than that to conceive the baby I miscarried. From your info I'd guess your AF is due 15th July? Depending on the test, you could try testing from around 11th July however be prepared for negatives if your HCG levels aren't high enough. If you want a definite answer, don't test until 15th :)

Personally I used One Step pregnancy tests from amazon - very cheap but able to test to the same accuracy as FRER!

You just have to hang on in there - as you're not due until 13 July it is too early to test, even with one that says it can give an early response.

It might be helpful to have a browse in the MN Conception forum as some threads in there will be relevant, and there are also chatty threads which might be good to join for hand-holding.

Fingers crossed for 13th July!! BTW, try eating an apple to get rid of the taste. It's the only thing that works for me Grin
