Nub theory?

Does anyone know how to guess using the nub theory? I'd love to see what people think.

I've not a clue how to guess using this nub theory, I looked into it when I got my 12 week scan and couldn't do it but I'm going to say boy as well because my little guy (just had 20 week scan lol) was laying exactly like that and so straight backed and flat.

Of course since I'm basing this just on that, probably means you'll end up with a girl just to prove me wrong

I guessed correctly using nub theory with this pregnancy that I was having a girl.

Based on ur scan pic I would say girl, but can't really see the nub very clearly x

i'm not sure if i'm looking at the right bit but is it the part right at the tip of what looks like the spine and it splits in two. it's like the bottom part goes almost straight but the top part of it points up so that's what made me think boy lol I don't know if I'm looking in the right pace or not.

what makes you both think girl is it the angle? I'm confused now and wondering if I'm looking at the right part haha.

I think Girl based on angle and also the fork... The skull theory also suggests a girl

My DS' nub was pointing slightly up and your pic shows this baby's nub, in alignment with the spine.

Pointing up means boy and horizontal or down is girl from what I can remember so would say girl based on that x

Yep, can see the pic a lot better now. If I'm looking in the right place I would guess girl!

And I think it's something to do with when you upload pics onto mumsnet, I think they go smaller for some reason.

I've got my 20 wk scan on Monday, hopefully we will find out what we're having. Anyone got any guesses as I don't have a clue.
