mucus plug?

I've lost my mucus plug three times now and although the doctor says it's fine as it regenerates im still really worried, last pregnancy I never lost it until the birth, im only 26weeks x

My friend had her baby 12 weeks early.... Baby was in hospital for 4 weeks but has just been realised :)
