Hiya

I'm 6 weeks into pregnancy and exhausted. I'm suffering with really bad hayfever which is waking me up at 4ish each morning. I'm a head of department in an academy and I'm finding my workload more exhausting than usual!

Feel really hormonal too and this isn't helping. So excited to be pregnant but just feel terrible at the moment!

I was the same. I'm sorry to say it lasted the whole if the first three months. But now I am really enjoying being pregnant at 20 weeks. Although there are other things that start to effect you.
But it does get better all I can say is try and get rest as often as you can. Even if its just half hour naps here and there as I found these really helped x

Hi, I'm 27 weeks now and I clearly remember the exhaustion!!! Don't worry, take some time and rest when you can (easier said than done!) and if it helps, it does get better, I promise! Considering by 9 weeks my husband was making the bed and putting me back in it before lunchtime, I feel for you because it is bloody hard!!!
I found a reflexologist and whatever she did worked for me so maybe treat yourself to a little pamper and it might have a beneficial effect!! Good luck x

Thanks for your replies - trying to keep going as usual but am going to give in and rest! X

Hiya, in 14 weeks now and the feel exhausted all day too. Napping when I get the chance and it really does help. I've been told the same and hopefully things will start to get a little easier. Good luck and congratulations x
