Hi everyone,

I have a prawn allergy and have just been to a Thai resturant. I ordered chicken spring rolls and my friends orders king fried prawns !

Turns out they were cooked in the same oil !

The roof of my mouth feels strange but I don't know if its in my imagination!?

Can my allergy affect the baby if I am having a reaction? I'm 13 weeks

Not as far as I am aware. I had a couple of allergic reaction whilst preg with both my boys and took Piriton with no adverse affects. Maybe someone with more medical knowledge will come along.....

I haven't taken piriton as if I am having a reaction it's only mild ! I just want to make sure it didn't affect my baby?
