I fainted about half hr ago and landed on my bump.banged my head and knee.which hurt but obviously worried more about baby. I'm now laying on sofa with legs elevated and I have felt baby move, I'm sure all is ok but need some reassurance. I'm 34 weeks btw x

Have you fainted before? Have you low blood pressure? Call your doctor - now - and ask to come in to see someone.

This will most likely be nothing, but it will niggle until you are checked out.

Hi, I feel faint alot, but don't actually pass out like I just did. I Have very low blood pressure and low iron levels. Really don't want to bother Dr and little one is moving about, I feel shaken tho

Hmmmm. Its not 'normal' to faint though! You need to look after yourself - there will be a demanding little one soon and you won't have time to get this sorted.

You aren't wasting the doctors time. Just let them have a look at you, see what they recommend for the blood pressure and iron (I take the liquid iron supplements and they are fine but you have to run everything by the doc when you are pregnant/breast feeding).

Hope you feel better soon. Are you in the UK? Its muggy and sticky and 'orrible at the moment so that won't help.

Yeah in UK and it is hot and muggy, in past pregnancys the faint feeling goes away after the birth, so fingers crossed eh!!! I'm on feroglobin, revolting stuff but hopefully it will bring ky iron levels up x

I can't remember the name of the stuff I take. Its pomegranite flavour tastes like prune juice! One 15ml spoon and I'm right as rain!
