Just been swimming at my local pool and was watching the little babies in the baby pool, there was a tiny baby (about 3 wks old) with his dad and watching him and the baby made me get all emotional (I'm 38+4) is this just my hormones or have I gone completely mad lol I'm not usually one to get so mushy but it was sooo cute. Had to swim off to pull myself together Blush Anyone else getting emotional??

Yes all the time and I am only 32+1 so still got a fair way to go Smile

We put the moses basket together and started sorting the tiny little clothes...cue weeping from me (34 weeks and losing the plot).

Oh Jenjen, its sounds like such a lovely little moment to witness! Can you tell I'm preggers too?! Currently 29+5 and last week I wept in ASDA as a teeny tiny little baby was crying and being comforted by its dad. Just the sound of that little cry... it's definitely not just you!

I cried at a volkswagon advert at the cinema sometime early in the second trimester. It had a baby in it, who grew up into a young woman whose folks bought her a VW when she left home. Proper rolling tears from me. Quite embarrassing. Blush

I'm only 18 weeks and have been crying at all sorts of things since being pregnant!! Smile

Gerty1002 · 26/06/2013 15:06

I was emotional wreck yesterday after watching the new Pampers 'Love, sleep, play' advert on Facebook. 30+5 and totally losing the plot :)

A three week old baby in the pool? Not sure I would expose a newborn to a public swimming pool Confused

FoofFighter · 26/06/2013 16:42

Why on earth not Never? Confused

I get tearful over stupid random things too, not sad or sweet things, totally random that nobody else in the world would find tear inducing Blush

BroodyAndMoody · 26/06/2013 17:34

The Natwest ad where the little boy says his mum and dad got a house to make him.
Floods.
Of.
Tears.

purpleaura · 26/06/2013 17:38

This afternoon, the Philadelphia advert got me. Oh dear!

ExhaustedMamasita · 26/06/2013 17:58

Always. Popped in to Next this lunchtime in fact and saw a cute bib with something like ?Mummy loves me? written on it? felt like blubbing!

HeffalumpTheFlump · 26/06/2013 22:40

24+3 blubbed like a child at birthday cards in asda on Monday. I was looking for one for my mum and the words just got to me. Blush It's only just started happening but iv got quite emotional a few times lately!! It has been a tough few weeks though.

Newmum0113 · 26/06/2013 23:00

Not quite on the same page but I cried at the weekend because the girl in Subway wouldn't put out fresh Tina for me even though there was hardly any left in her pot at all. Sad Blush

Newmum0113 · 26/06/2013 23:01

Lol... Tina = tuna

Also still get soppy at the Robinsons ad when the boy says "night dad"...
