39+1 and period type pains?!

Just that really! Started last night, feels like awful period pain type cramp. Seems to come in waves and then go again.

2 questions - firstly, what can I do to help ease it? Secondly, is it time to get excited?!!!!

Awwww can't wait to be in the same position soon....I just love that total in love feeling that happens after you have baby....it's such a high....enjoy every minute of your gorgeous baby girl ;-)
