Im 35weeks pregnant and having a bit of a panic at the prospect of being induced again! I know its a long way off 5-7weeks but is there ANYTHING i can do to prevent this!? I wouldnt try anything until baby is term but i am so so worried about being induced again as this is my 2nd baby and with the first i had an awful labour which ended up with an epidural, forceps and the inability to sit down for 6weeks after which will be no use as I will have a 2year old and a newborn to look after!

I am taking raspberry leaf capsules in the hopes this does something to prevent the need of forceps but is there anything i can do to avoid the whole induction process?

Not really any ideas to get going, most seem like old wives tales to me but you don't have to be induced. It's up to you, you can refuse it x
