Can morning sickness come and go?

I feel I should better as this is my 5th pregnancy (2 DC, 2 mc) but can morning sickness come and go?

I'm 5w today. A couple of days last week I felt vaguely sick mid-afternoon and then felt really sick at bedtime. Friday I felt fine all day then again felt sick at bedtime. Yesterday I felt awful all day, nausea from about an hour after waking up right until 9/10pm.

Today I don't feel sick at all, just lethargic.

Please hand me a grip!

Yup. Morning sickness was my first symptom of pregnancy at around 4 weeks - I was ill for a week and then fine for a week, then all day sickness until week 14 with a smattering of days where I didn't feel fine exactly, but lethargic, as you said. Some days I would be sick several times, other days sickness without vomiting, some days unable to even look at food, other days stuffing my face every five minutes to stave off sickness...

Typically, I felt very sorry for myself when I felt sick and worried there was something wrong when I didn't.

So I wouldn't worry too much :)

Thanks all :)

I'm in that stressy first trimester and with my history (especially as one of my mc's was second trimester) pregnancy is never a relaxing time.

Feeling a little nausea now though :o
