I'm only 14weeks pg with dc1 and last night and a bit during the week I've been having weird feelings in there! It feels like a strong pulse or something, and last night it even made me jump a bit!

Is it too early to be feeling my baby kicking? Having never done this before I don't know if it's wind or the baby, ha ha! Smile

It is not too early, I felt first movement at 14 weeks an hour before a midwife appointment. When she listened for the heart beat, she could only pick it up in exactly the same place I felt the fluttering...awww.

I felt my baby really early. At about 11 weeks it felt like I'd swallowed a mobile phone and I could feel it vibrating!

Felt the first kicks at about 13 weeks!

Congratulations

That's made my day! I wouldn't have even questioned it being wind if it hadnt been the for the fact that I jumped last night with it, thought that was a bit odd, ha! How exciting!

I'm 17 weeks now but also started feeling flutters at 14 weeks Smile

At first I only felt them if I lay very still on my side on the
bed but they have gradually got stronger and now I feel movements during the day and little kicks as well Smile

Enjoy! X

Kimmy1986 · 23/06/2013 10:47

Well it seems to be when I'm lying down, so that seems that a good excuse to do nothing today! Grin

Aww congrats abi! So you will be another person in the Xmas baby club?

Abi that's great...I've just read your thread from yesterday!

AbiElizabeth · 23/06/2013 14:06

yeah I'm due 19th Dec ish Grin

I know it's really made this horrible week much better. so far I have broken my wrist falling down stairs, been in hospital for a night thanks to delightful morning sickness and smashed my favourite mug and then fell over onto bump yesterday.

Felt dc1 around 13 weeks and this pregnancy around 11 weeks. it's the best feeling ever.

nataleew · 23/06/2013 19:48

50shadesofbrown · 23/06/2013 19:51

Yes. Felt like a tiny fish was swimming around in there, when I was 13 weeks pregnant with my DD. Lovely isn't it. Smile

Clairea82 · 26/06/2013 19:13

Starting to feel baby move quite a bit and I am 17 weeks. Think I felt the first flutter at about 15 Smile

MultipleMama · 26/06/2013 21:17

I'm starting to feel the twins moving around and kicking. I'm 17+1. Probably felt them earlier but wasn't really paying attention.

lauren6283 · 26/06/2013 21:48

I was unsure as well, as I started feeling flutters around 17/18 weeks, and I woke up in the night with a bit of a fright because it felt so strange! People keep telling me it will be the baby but I'm still not sure it isn't wind!

Vocalista86 · 27/06/2013 10:24

Yes! I did around the same time. I'm nearly 18 weeks now and it's the same, just stronger and more frequent. I googled if it was too early and loads of people were saying it was impossible, but I know now it is 100% possible :)
