Can you get photos at 20 + week scans?

Stupid question perhaps, but have a growth scan in weeks time and wondered if you can still purchase pictures as they aren't your typical 12 and 20 week scan?

Thanks!

I never asked, but I can't see why not in principle. In practice I think the baby would be too big/ squished to get a good photo.

I did, but from a recent thread different hospitals charge different amounts. Call them!

I did because i missed the 12 week one (did not know i was preggers - went to 12 week scan and they announced i was 22 weeks Blush even though i was only just showing and i am quite slim!)

it was a fiver for the pic, and only showed part of the baby as it was too big to get all of it on the screen.

I had a growth scan, and they just gave me the photo. I wasn't expecting a photo, but they printed it off anyway Smile The other scans were £5 for photos.

I had an early scan that I realise people don't normally get and she just printed off the pics and have me it.

You will probably just get a pic of the head/face. Depends on the sonographer really x

I had 3 extra scans in my last pregnancy and got a photos every time. We have a voluntary contribution of a pound. Most of the time we didn't get opportunity to pop onward in the box so when we did get chance we'd put a couple in.

I've had pics at 20 and 24 week scan, the baby is deff not too squashed, they were lovely. The 4d one you could really see its facial features!

I had a scam just before 28 weeks for low foetal movement. They didn't give me any pictures at the time, and I was in too much of a mess to ask. I was really sad afterwards because they were brilliant clear images on screen but I realised it was an extra scan so was fine about not getting any.

A few days later I received quite a lot of scan images in the post. It was a lovely surprise!
