Fetal pole but no hearbeat, measuring one week smaller

I went for a 7 week scan today and was told the fetus was small and measured 6 weeks. The length was 3.3mm. The sonographer couldn't find the hearbeat. He said it was because it was too small and to come back in 2 weeks.
I'm anxious that I'm going to miscarry. I had a mc at 10 weeks before DS 1 and DS2 and I'm scared it's going to happen again.
Anyone had any luck in this position? I don't have any cramps or spotting yet.

hi frutilla im sorry you are going through this i had this after dc2. What kept me going is thinking about my other 2 and how lucky i was to have them and as bad as it sounds i'd still rather it happened then than before dc1. Sorry hope i haven't made it worse for you.
