I've just done a test as I was late and there were definitely 2 pink lines!

I so was not expecting this and I can't tell DH as he's away until the weekend - I had to tell someone and I'm sorry I can't say who I am, it wouldn't be fair for thousands of others to know about this before he does, but I was bursting.

Only trouble is, I'm mean to to be going to see some friends in a few days (before I see dh to tell him) and they are going to notice if I'm not drinking wine with them.

Come to think of it, I have had a good bottle of wine over the last 3 days - will that have harmed the baby?

I am actually shaking now. How am I going to hold things together?

I am v pleased, and also a bit nauseous at the same time - I'd forgotten about the horrid metalic taste.

My cousin and her Dh had been trying for years and years, he eventually took a high paid posting in a wartorn country to help them sort out their negative equity,he comes home, he goes back, she is PG, she calls him for their weekly chat and the first thing he said to her was, just how PG are you then ??

She said how did you know ? to which he replied you sound different.

So he may know by looking at you, so to speak.

arfishymeau · 01/06/2006 01:49

It is so FioFio. Come on 'fess up!

I am not falling for the feeble 'it's not me' line.

I cite:

  1. use of holy shit
  2. premenstrual last week ( or could that really be early pg symptomps? Hmmmmm?)
  3. DH works away a lot
  4. 1 DS

I thank you.

uptheduffandincognito · 01/06/2006 06:25

lol

I'm not Fio - I personally think sh'e use much stronger language!

Had real trouble getting off to sleep last night, and then ds came in to complain that cebeebies were'nt working at 5.45 this morning. Arrrrrrrgh!
