Hey everyone. I'm 35 weeks and have just vomited once (sorry for TMI) I haven't had much of an appetite today and before I felt sick, didn't expect to throw up as I haven't since the first trimester, but I did.

Baby is still quite active. Now I just feel tired. is this normal?

Keep an eye on yourself. If you have really bad indigestion as well then speak to someone as it can be a sign of pre eclampsia or too much dinner or a bug

I'm 36 weeks and vomited last week but I had a headache and had a few pains and doctors checked me for pre eclampsia, all was fine but worth keeping an eye on.

Alot of ladies on here (including myself) have had a tummy bug lately - perhaps you have picked one up too? Keep an eye on it but I had tummy pains, sick and... Lets say regular bathroom visits Hmm

I'm only 27 weeks but have read that nausea and sickness can return in late pregnancy and even in labour due to the stomach being pressed by baby?

I started vomiting in the last trimester....no idea what caused it, and baby was fine.
However, always get it checked out if it doesn't seem right!

I think vomiting in third trimester (unless you are an unlucky soul whose ms never stopped) is a pregnancy symptom you shouldn't ignore. If you don't have a pending midwives appt I'd see a gp to get your blood pressure checked to rule out pre-eclampsia. As a one -off its more likely just indigestion but worth getting checked out.
