Not even spotting but pale pink clear discharge - so sorry if TMI

Mildly freaking out am 5 + 5 not had any sort of spotting so far but just noticed this. Anyone had anything similar. Have my first docs apt tonight but am just terrified this is the beginning of a mc. I don't have any cramps apart from twinges in my back.

I've had loads discharge during pregnancy, sometimes it is pink or beige or flecked with blood. When it's like this I just assume it's my mucus plug renewing a bit. I don't have any soreness/itchiness but if you do it may be thrush, v common in pregnancy and worth seeing the doc about.
Discharge generally isn't something to worry about, I know it's hard not to at this stage of pregnancy..
