Too much walking and pain

I overdid the walking and carrying my toddler last couple of days, and yesterday was in agony - pain was around ny round ligament and shooting pain down below, sort of the cervix.

After resting all evening, the pain has gone but I feel all seized up and stiff.

Have felt plenty of normal movement but worried I've hurt baby somehow.

Is everything okay?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hi, i am exactly the same. 38 weeks and walked a bit of a distance yesterday (nothing compared to pre pregnancy though) the bottom of my bump, back and top of legs are stiff and sore this morning. Baby is moving fine so i have just put it down to the extra weight straining ligaments and muscles. I am sure walking cant do any harm to baby, i need to know my limits though!

I get these shooting pains when I've overdone it, mentioned to docs a couple of times but they haven't been too concerned, just suggesting to take it easy. It's your bodies way of telling you to slow down I think. Baby should be fine though x
