Allergic reaction panic!

I just need a bit of reassurance...
I was at dinner and ate something with peanuts in it, I am allergic, not fatally, but enough to cause a problem (my mouth and lips swell up, but I can still breathe and stuff).
So, we went to minor injuries as I knew it was staffed and would be seen within ten mins (I was).
Normally I just take a couple sedating anti histamines and sleep through the minimised reaction... of course I am not taking anti histamines now because of the baby so was in a tizz about what to do.
Went to minor injuries as I knew it would be staffed and I would be seen quickly (we are in a small town).
They gave me cetirizine, and said that the benefit of taking it now outweigh the risk to the baby. Obviously is has worked and I am not swelling up anymore... so Yay!
But... I am really worried about the baby. Firstly because of the pill and secondly because I panicked for a good 40 mins and my BP was up so high and... I am just getting myself a bit worked up.
Can someone reassure me and calm me down a bit?
Sorry for the essay

I suffer from really bad hayfever, food allergies and pet allergies all coupled with asthma and during my first pregnancy my doctor told me I could take a antihistamine every other day, esp when I was really suffering!

I took them when I was so bad I could barely get through the day (not loads in total, just the odd few) and my son is perfectly healthy so I wouldn't worry about 1 pill. Also leaving an allergic reaction untreated while pregnant I would think would have been more risky.

Plus I've been extremely stressed out and a right worrier through my current pregnancy and little chunk is still growing well and all signs point to a healthy baby.

Go easy on yourself xx
