I've been having cramping for the past 2 days. Quite painful, like stomach upset. Not sure what to do. Are BH cramps painful?

How far along are you?

Btw my BH are painful if I am dehydrated.

They don't seem to be regular, and they have been coming and going, but more often today.

I thought I had a stomach upset yesterday. V v confusing.

I might be dehydrated, will have some more water.

Mine are worse if I'm tired, if you're able maybe some extra rest together with water might help. Maybe some prune juice in case the pains are constipation?

Well after a morning of monitoring at the hospital no ide what the pains are. Could be a virus, couuld be constipation (fun), could be my ribs/diaphragm.

Good news is that junior seems to be completely fine. Strong heart beat and kicking like a footballer. :)
