Pregnant most of your cons seem to be fears as someone else has said. Also they are fears that you would probably have regardless of what age you had your first child. I'm 28 expecting my first and the, will I be a bad mum, will the baby be healthy, how the hell am I going to afford this? are fears that I have too (and I honestly think most people of all ages have these fears).

As I see it the Cons on your list that I would say are specific to your circumstances would be - Do you want to be a single mum? Are you happy to take on the responsibility of a baby now and all it brings with it (possible lack of social life and it may be financially be difficult to work and further your career once you take child care costs into account). Having said this I know people who have continued with work and studies as young Mums and made more of a success of their lives than those who didn't have children. Only you can answer these questions.

As for the judgements from other people, hard as it is, I wouldn't let those influence your decision. The people who would judge you really aren't worth it you need to do what makes you happy in life.

Also, just to add that my Mum had my brother at 19 and is a great Mum (obviously I'm a little biased!) so don't think a young Mum= a bad Mum because it really doesn't.
