In the bath 2 days a go, noticed a small lump out my bum. I know tmi

Think it's piles, wasn't sore just weird, was sore yesterday googled put sudacreme on it, noticed today 2 small lumps.

What can I do? What can i take, as i said not painful but just horrid and with everything else i just feel disgusting.

Can I make them go away some how. Help please.

Sometimes if they are small you can push them back in gently. They usually tend to go on their own if they are small(and come back again!).

I think the blood must drain back into the body slowly or something. Keep eating lots of fruit and make sure you are not straining when going to the loo. Mind you despite that they can keep coming back.

You can use germoloids etc to shrink them and for any itchiness or discomfort but if they are not causing you trouble you just need to be patient.

Just feel totally disgusting just now, in constant pain due to screwed ligaments and spd, having to get DH to help me get dressed and now this.
