I have been wondering this for the past 5 days?

Yes. The tea is raspberry leaf tea, it's not made from the fruit.

Thanks, so raspberry yogurts are OK to eat aswell? Do you know if strawberry tea is OK? Sorry, it's probably obvious but i'm new to being pregnant...

Raspberry LEAF tea is only meant to be drunk from week 36 onwards.

The fruit is absolutely fine! Grin

Yes strawberries are fine, strawberry tea fine as is raspberry yoghurt Grin
Congratulations BTW!

Saying that though, some herbal teas are unsafe in pregnancy... Chamomile is, I think? I remember being very surprised when I googled it. Be careful, and check for yourself as my memory us rubbish! Again, fruit (raspberries and strawberries and any fruit actually) is fine though.
