Congratulation! Firstly stuff ginger
its a myth. You need to try and find your own way through as to what you can manage. I've had HG 4 times and every time it's been different but a few things have been the same.
Things that make it worse.
Tiredness, go to bed as early as you can manage.
Don't get too hot, stressed or anxious.
Dehydration, keep hydrated, sip water constantly whether you want it or not. Iced water is brilliant or ice lollys.
Eat what you can when you can. Not massive amounts and stick to bland, dry, not fatty or with too much sugar. Dry cereal is good as its fortified with vitamins. You will probably be sick just accept it, get it over with instead of avoiding it and move on.
I found green apples and lemons helped in all my pregnancies.
A mouthful of lucozade every hour can help you get back on track after a few bad days.
If you can't keep anything down go to the doctors sooner rather than later!
It will pass!
