Pins and needles

I've been getting pins and needles in my right arm on and off for a fair bit of the pregnancy - have now had it for two days straight just in my right hand and lower arm. Anyone had this experience? Or know if this is something I should be worried about?

My pregnancy yoga teacher asked us last night if anyone was having pins and needles in there arms so it must be fairly common. Perhaps give your midwife a bell?

I'm 27 weeks and I get this too, drives me nuts! I don't think it's anything to worry about tbh.
