Don't worry you'll be fine

IME you can feel if something odd happens anyway. Towards the end of pregnancy ds1 headbutted me really hard in the stomach. He actually did me a favour as ds2 flipped over from being breech (not that it mattered really as he ended up be elective section). But boy did I feel him move and he set of contractions. Got checked over and all was fine.

So I'm sure its fine- I fell over quite a lot when pregnant with ds2 (actually more to the point I got pulled over a lot by ds1), but never had any problems. Of course if you're worried get checked out- they won't mind.

Hope your knees are OK.

It might be worth calling your MF but I wouldnt worry, If you didnt land on your tummy your unlikely to have harmed the baby. Theres so much cushioning around it. I know my mother used to faint and fall down the stairs when pregnant with me. She did it about 3 times and everything was ok.

Twiglett,

I honestly think you'll be fine - apart from your sore hands and knee and shoulder.
I'm one of the world's clumsiest people and regularly trip over my own feet including two weeks ago, at 38 weeks pregnant, when I slipped on black outside outside ds's school and thumped down on my backside. Apart from embarassment and sore bum, I was fine - had a midwives appointment later that day and got checked out.
Agree with Jimjams, if you really are worried, get yourself checked out just to put your mind at rest.
