This might be s tupid question but travelling to the other end of the country for the rest of the week for work. Am 14 weeks - should I be taking my maternity notes with me or is this only something you do at the end of pregnancy.

Yes absolutely.

I was staying with my mum, only an hour away, and gig taken into hospital for appendicitis. My DFIL had to drive all the way up with them before any course of action could be decided.

Always take them with you wherever you go! Thanks

Yes yes yes! I think if you're going anywhere over an hour away at any time even if for a few hours you should take them. You never know what might happen!

Yes :) Just in case. Even if something non-pregnancy related were to happen (like a broken bone) you'd want to have your notes to show the HCPs.

I went away for the weekend at 19 weeks and just shoved them in my bag didn't need them but better safe than sorry
