Hi, hoping someone has been in the same position as me and can shed some light on what is happening! I am 40+5 with first baby and have had some BH but so far nothing else to suggest baby is on the way. Today however i have noticed brownish mucous on my panty liner - not much but it has continued for about two hours now. Could this be the show? i don't think so given that there is so little of it but I am hoping it is, as i am trying to avoid a sweep on Thurs and possible induction. any thoughts very gratefully received as i am a little confused! Thank you!

Yes! Sounds like the mucus plug coming away, hopefully baby won't be far behind. Smile

Brilliant - music to my ears! I kind of expected a show to be a lot more 'obvious' but hopefully you are right and this is the start of something - getting too large and uncomfortable now and have been sign-spotting since 38 weeks - finally glad to have any sign at all! thank you for posting Smile
