to scared to take a test

I think i may be pg again but due to 4 mc's and 1 ectopic im to scared to take a test because each time a do with a week or 2 the bleeding starts. Im taking 150mg of aspirin a day and folic acid.

Sorry u have been through that but taking a test is the only way u will know.
I had two mc's before this pregnancy and it is scary but I'm sure u will be ok. Good luck and sending u a virtual hug and holding ur hand x

Sorry for your losses. Are you under any special care this time? Because after my miscarriages I was told to contact the EPU as soon as I was pregnant so they could start my care. I know it's a really crappy and scary time but take the test and then go from there. Will you be having weekly scans?

I am 3 days late and very sore nipples almost to the point where it hurts to rub against my bra, im just scared to admit i might be but you are a right only a test will determine if i am or not and a trip to epau would be the right thing to do, i haven't found them to be very sympathetic in the past almost at times felt like they are fed up with dealing with me so i sometimes think ill carry on myself, but i will go the gp tomorrow

I'm sorry u haven't had the support u should in the past. That's awful!! I was sent to EPU with this pregnancy and they were great at first. But I had to go a few times as I've had bleeding and like yourself felt a bit like they were fed up of dealing with me! But to be honest I don't care if rather be sure my baby is ok and put up with funny looks from them than be sat at home worrying.
I would take a test and then get yourself booked in straight away to check everything ok. And just don't let them get to u.

I know how you feel. At least if you do the test & its negative you can stop worrying...iyswim!

I'm sure they're not fed up of you. You have as much right to be there as anyone else. Did they discuss any kind of care plan with you for the next pregnancy? Because they really should have if you're on 150mg aspirin, that suggests you have some kind of clotting disorder?

If you don't feel like you can go to the EPU then definitely take a trip to the GP just so that it's on record that you're pregnant again.

Hopefully things will work out this time with the aspirin and folic acid.

So just been a done a test it has come back positive very quickly and very bold not faint in the slightest. Now im even more scared than I was before. Im already thinking what if it goes wrong again.

Hi, so sorry to about your previous losses. I know it must be so so hard but you have got to try and relax and not worry and this is not good for you or the baby. I know its easier said than done but you have got to try your hardest. I had a mc last year and when I fell pregnant again I use to worry so much but it's not good for you. Go to your gp and insist on having your hcg levels checked and early scans as these will help reassure you that the pregnancy is progressing well etc. If you can afford it, also have additional scan and levels checked in a few weeks time. I had early checks at hosp and paid for private checks (scan was about £100 and blood tests £85) so not awfully expensive. Everytime I got good results, I relaxed more and more and it helped with the worrying. Holding your hand and sending you a big hug X x
