SMEP - whats your stories?

Hello!

Just wondering how many of you lovely ladies did the Sperm Meets Egg Plan and what results did you get? Ie BFP first month / second etc or waste of time...

Whats your conception story!

Hi I'm preg with number 4 wow was a shock but I'm so happy now 24+5 weeks ,
I was on the hormone patch. It worked perfect for 4 years but then either 1- I messed up my weeks brake by one day
2- I got a viral infection the month before that may of messed up the patch.
Either way I'm pregnant with our 1st son after 3dds :) it's exciting
Carnt wait to meet him in September :)

Taken a few months to get my cycles back to normal after coming off the pill! This is our first month trying SMEP and I'm halfway through the 2ww....

Has anyone had any success with the plan?

Hi Laptopgirl! I tried SMEP this cycle for the first time and got my bfp yesterday. I had my coil out in Feb so hadn't been trying that long but was already getting impatient and decided May was the month to get a bit more serious

We dtd every other day up until I got a pos opk then dtd that day and the following, missed the third day but managed another go the fourth. We didn't keep religiously to the plan but were thereabouts! During the 2ww I had no symptoms. Zero, zilch, nada, just woke up in the middle of Saturday night (which would have been 11dpo) with an overwhelming feeling that I was upduffed.

I totally credit SMEP with my bfp, but boy was it tiring!! More than a bit overwhelmed at the mo...
